Ordering online at Daisy Jean Aromas:

Shopping with us could not be any easier, Simply select your favourite products add to basket or select Buy Now. The final transaction is processed by PayPal, the world's largest, and most secure, payments handler. If you don't happen to have a PayPal account, that's no problem. On arrival at the PayPal page, simply select the checkout as a guest option, and you will be able to pay with a credit or debit card. Once the order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email from us, and a payment receipt email from PayPal.

 

Dispatch Times:

We are a small company and every item is hand made to perfection. We aim to have your order sent out within 1-5 working days, A dispatch email will be sent to you once the order has been completed.

 

Delivery:

All our shipping fees are set at the cost rate, no additional fees are added. We use Royal Mail 1st class to send all of our products, Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day but can take 3-5 working days during busy periods.

 

Missing and Damaged Parcels:

From time to time Royal mail may experience missing parcels, we ask you wait the 5 working days before reporting the missing parcel. For any missing and damaged parcel please use the contact us page or email sales@daisyjeanaromas.co.uk. Please double check all address details are correct Daisy Jean Aromas are not liable for missing parcels due to incorrect address details.

 

What is in your wax?

Here at Daisy Jean Aromas we use 100% Soy wax which is biodegradable.

 

Are you CLP compliant?

We are indeed. We ensure every product is labelled to the CLP regulations with the correct warning information.

 

How do I use wax melts?

Place your Wax Melt in the top of a Wax Melt Warmer. Do not add water. Use a unscented tea light candle, to heat the Wax Melt. As it heats it will release its fragrance.
